The dashboard has become an essential tool in supporting strategic decision-making in the retail sector, such as at Toko Cleo, with the primary goal of understanding sales performance and consumer purchasing trends. This research aims to design an interactive dashboard that presents sales data to support data-driven decision-making at Toko Cleo. The methodology employed includes the nine-step Kimball approach for dashboard design, along with the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process to process sales data from 2021 to 2023, and Power BI for data visualization. The testing results show that this dashboard successfully provides in-depth analysis based on product categories and time periods, improving accuracy and speeding up the decision-making process at Toko Cleo, thus maximizing operational effectiveness in the business.Kata kunci: Dashboard; Clothing Store; Power Bi AbstrakDashboard menjadi alat penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis di sektor ritel, seperti Toko Cleo, dengan tujuan utama untuk memahami performa penjualan dan tren pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dashboard interaktif yang menyajikan data penjualan untuk mendukung keputusan berbasis data di Toko Cleo. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan sembilan langkah Kimball dalam perancangan dashboard, serta proses ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) untuk pengolahan data penjualan dari 2021 hingga 2023, dan visualisasi data menggunakan Power BI. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa dashboard ini berhasil menyediakan analisis mendalam berdasarkan kategori produk dan periode waktu, meningkatkan akurasi, serta mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan di Toko Cleo, sehingga memaksimalkan efektivitas operasional bisnis.Â
