This research aims to review various research related to the use of IT-based learning models in increasing children's creativity, especially in science and English subjects. This research uses a literature review method. Data sources were taken from various academic databases, such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, ScienceDirect, and ERIC., which have been published over the last 5 years, which have been published since 2022-2024, there are 10 articles relevant to this research. The data collection procedure follows several stages, including: (a) literature search, (b) literature selection, and (c) data organization. Based on the research results, it is known that the use of IT based learning models has great potential to increase student creativity in learning science and English in elementary school teacher education.
