Background: RME is an electronic method for collecting, storing, and accessing patient medical records. Every hospital is required to implement Electronic Medical Records (RME), in accordance with the Minister of Health Regulation No. 24 of 2022. From the preliminary study that has been carried out at Hospital X, it is found that there are several problems related to data that is not stored properly whose output is not in accordance with the user's wishes, thus hampering the performance process of outpatient Electronic Medical Records (RME) users at Hospital X.
