Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan agility terhadap agilitas organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap agilitas organisasi, kepemimpinan agility terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, agilitas organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kepemimpinan agility terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui agilitas organisasi dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui agilitas organisasi pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Palu. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 53 orang pegawai, teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil temuan di lapangan bahwa kepemimpinan agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap agilitas organisasi, kepemimpinan agility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, agilitas organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, agilitas organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan agility terhadap kepuasan kerja dan agilitas organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Palu. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of agility leadership on organizational agility, organizational culture on organizational agility, agility leadership on job satisfaction, organizational culture on job satisfaction, organizational agility on job satisfaction, the influence of agility leadership on job satisfaction through organizational agility and the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction through organizational agility at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office Branch of Palu. Quantitative research approach with a sample of 53 employees, data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation, with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The findings in the field are that agility leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational agility, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational agility, agility leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational agility has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational agility can mediate the effect of agility leadership on job satisfaction and organizational agility can mediate the effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Office Branch of Palu.
