This research aims to reveal the extent of the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in creating a school environment that is free from bullying and fostering an attitude of empathy in students at SMAN 70 Jakarta. This research uses a mix method approach which combines qualitative in the form of interviews with PAI teachers and quantitative in the form of questionnaires to students at SMAN 70 Jakarta. The research results show that PAI teachers have a significant role in creating an inclusive and harmonious learning environment. Religious learning activities that emphasize moral and social values have proven effective in reducing bullying behavior and increasing students' ability to understand and feel the feelings of others.
