Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena adanya masalah perkembangan sosial emosional anak di tk pelita yang masih kurang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang perkembangan sosial emosional anak di TK Pelita Kabupaten Bonebolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif sebagai jenis penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini melibatkan guru, anak, dan orangtua. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dan diskusi menunjukkan bahwa setiap anak mulai menunjukkan kerja sama dengan teman, mengembangkan sikap dan emosi sosial ketika mulai berinteraksi dengan orang lain. Setiap anak mulai berempati terhadap teman sebayanya setelah merasakan apa yang dialami dan diderita orang lain. Mereka juga mulai menunjukkan empati terhadap orang lain dengan memahami perasaan orang lain.   This research was motivated by the problem of the social-emotional development of children in Pelita Kindergarten, which was still less effective. This research aims to get an overview of the social-emotional development of children at Pelita Kindergarten, Bonebolango Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach as a type of qualitative research. This research collects data through observation and interviews. This research involved teachers, children, and parents. In this research, data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of research and discussions show that every child begins to cooperate with friends and develops social attitudes and emotions when they start interacting with other people. Every child begins to empathize with their peers after feeling what other people have experienced and suffered. They also begin to show empathy for others by understanding other people's feelings.
