This research aimed to know the influence of the application of MASTER with scientific approach to biology learning achievement in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities at Senior High School 8 Semarang. This research was Quasi Expeimental Design: Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The sample of this research consist of two X grade determined by cluster random sampling. Paired sample t-test showed that posttest average between control and treatment class was significantly different. The result showed that the learning achievement in cognitive has reached 81,45% by KKM â¥72. The psycomotoric achievement showed that the basic sains process skills has reached 80,65% students are  good.  The affective achievement showed that the critical attitude has reached 81,45% students are good. Based on the result and discussion concluded that the application of MASTER with scientific approach can influence the student biology achievement in cognitive, psychomotoric, and affective of invertebrates.
