<![CDATA[This study aims to explore the relationship between workload and academic performance among students who work while studying. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method, with data collected through an online questionnaire using Google Forms. The study sample consists of 21 active working students, selected using a purposive sampling method. The findings reveal that most respondents are able to balance their work and studies, although they face challenges in time management, stress, and health impacts. The majority of students feel that their jobs do not significantly reduce their study time, although some experience difficulties in completing academic assignments on time and participating in academic activities. In terms of academic performance, most respondents are satisfied with their GPA, although work affects certain aspects such as engagement in class discussions and comprehension of course materials. Overall, this study suggests that while working while studying presents challenges, many students are able to maintain good academic performance by applying effective time management strategies.]]>
