<![CDATA[Filsafat hukum Islam merupakan kajian ilmiah yang mengkaji prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam secara mendalam dan sistematis, dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dasar tentang hukum Islam dalam konteks modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif dengan metode studi pustaka, yang menggali berbagai sumber literatur untuk membahas esensi filsafat hukum Islam, karakteristik, problematika klasik, serta metode yang digunakan untuk menjawab tantangan hukum kontemporer. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan prinsip-prinsip dasar syariat melalui pendekatan maqasid al-shari'ah, istishlah, dan qiyas untuk menangani isu-isu modern, seperti perkembangan teknologi dan hukum keluarga. Maqasid al-shari'ah, yang berorientasi pada perlindungan agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta, menjadi landasan dalam menilai penerapan hukum Islam di dunia kontemporer. Istishlah atau mashlahah al-mursalah memungkinkan penerapan hukum yang fleksibel namun tetap berlandaskan kemaslahatan umat, sementara qiyas memberikan solusi atas permasalahan baru yang tidak dijelaskan secara eksplisit dalam Al-Qur'an dan Hadis. Dengan demikian, filsafat hukum Islam memberikan ruang untuk ijtihad dan inovasi dalam menyesuaikan hukum Islam dengan kebutuhan sosial yang terus berkembang tanpa mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip syariah. The philosophy of Islamic law is a scientific study that examines the principles of Islamic law in depth and systematically, with the aim of providing a basic understanding of Islamic law in a modern context. This research uses a normative approach with a literature study method, which explores various sources of literature to discuss the essence of Islamic legal philosophy, characteristics, classical problems, and methods used to answer contemporary legal challenges. The results of the study state that the application of the basic principles of sharia through maqasid al-shari'ah, istishlah, and qiyas approaches to address modern issues, such as technological developments and family law. Maqasid al-shari'ah, which is orientated towards the protection of religion, soul, mind, offspring, and property, becomes the foundation in assessing the application of Islamic law in the contemporary world. Istishlah or mashlahah al-mursalah allows for flexible application of the law that is still based on the benefit of the people, while qiyas provides solutions to new problems that are not explicitly explained in the Qur'an and Hadith. Thus, the philosophy of Islamic law provides room for ijtihad and innovation in adapting Islamic law to evolving social needs without ignoring the principles of sharia.]]>
