AbstrakKegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata Plus di Pondok Pesantren Kebon Jambu Al Islamy bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial pesantren dan literasi digital santri serta pengurusnya. Pesantren ini, yang berlokasi di Cirebon, menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan dan digitalisasi, terutama karena keterbatasan sumber daya dan pengetahuan teknologi. Program ini melibatkan 10 mahasiswa Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan sebagai pelaksana utama. Mitra sasaran terdiri dari santri dan pengurus pesantren. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui berbagai metode, termasuk pelatihan, diskusi, pendampingan, praktik, dan lokakarya. Beberapa program utama meliputi pendampingan manajemen sumber daya manusia, pengelolaan keuangan berbasis teknologi, lokakarya perencanaan karier, dan pembuatan SANIBOT, robot sabun otomatis berbasis Arduino. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan manajerial dan literasi digital para peserta. Lebih dari 80% peserta melaporkan peningkatan keterampilan pada bidang yang dilatih, sedangkan SANIBOT memberikan solusi praktis yang mendukung kebersihan di pesantren. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan berbasis partisipasi efektif dalam mengatasi kendala manajerial dan teknologi di pesantren. Program ini memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi dan dikembangkan lebih lanjut di pesantren lain guna mendukung transformasi pendidikan berbasis pesantren di era digital. AbstractThe Community Service Program Plus at the Kebon Jambu Al Islamy Islamic Boarding School aimed to enhance the managerial capacity of the pesantren and the digital literacy of its students and administrators. Located in Cirebon, this pesantren faces challenges in management and digitalization, primarily due to limited resources and technological knowledge. The program involved 10 students from the Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Ahmad Dahlan as the primary executors. Targeted partners included students and pesantren administrators. The activities were conducted using various methods, including training sessions, discussions, mentoring, hands-on practices, and workshops. Key programs included human resource management mentoring, technology-based financial management, career planning workshops, and the creation of SANIBOT, an automatic soap-dispensing robot powered by Arduino. Evaluation results indicated significant improvements in managerial capabilities and digital literacy among the participants. Over 80% of participants reported enhanced skills in their respective fields, while SANIBOT provided practical solutions for maintaining cleanliness at the pesantren. The results of this program demonstrate that participatory approaches effectively address managerial and technological challenges in the pesantren. This program has the potential to be replicated and further developed in other pesantren to support the transformation of Islamic education in the digital era.
