Pregnancy causes physiological and psychological changes due to the hormones estrogen and progesterone, often accompanied by discomfort such as back pain, especially in the second and third trimesters. Yoga is one of the midwifery care to reduce this discomfort, because it helps physically, psychologically, and spiritually. Community service activities are carried out using descriptive methods, active participation, interviews, and literature studies. The steps include pre-tests, yoga material counseling, yoga movement practices, and post-tests using media such as power points and leaflets. The results showed an increase in knowledge and skills of pregnant women in doing yoga, especially the hero posture, which is effective in reducing discomfort in the second and third trimesters. It is recommended that midwives routinely teach yoga techniques to pregnant women in this trimester. Abstrak Kehamilan menyebabkan perubahan fisiologis dan psikologis akibat hormon estrogen dan progesteron, seringkali disertai ketidaknyamanan seperti nyeri punggung, terutama pada trimester kedua dan ketiga. Yoga menjadi salah satu asuhan kebidanan untuk mengurangi ketidaknyamanan ini, karena membantu secara fisik, psikologis, dan spiritual. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif, partisipasi aktif, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Langkahnya meliputi pre-test, penyuluhan materi yoga, praktik gerakan yoga, serta post-test menggunakan media seperti power point dan leaflet. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu hamil dalam melakukan yoga, khususnya postur pahlawan, yang efektif mengurangi ketidaknyamanan pada trimester kedua dan ketiga. Disarankan agar bidan rutin mengajarkan teknik yoga kepada ibu hamil pada trimester ini.
