This research aims to evaluate the infrastructure of Oransbari Port in Papua, focusing on supporting infrastructure for efficient maritime logistics distribution in the Sea Toll Program. The background of this research wants to reveal the importance of reliable port infrastructure in facilitating logistics distribution, especially in the geographically isolated Papua region. The improvement of port infrastructure is expected to improve inter-island connectivity and maritime logistics distribution, which has a door-to-door paradigm. This research focuses on analyzing Oransbari port infrastructure as part of the effort to realize the efficiency of maritime logistics distribution through the Sea Toll Program. The study involved interviews with relevant stakeholders, such as port authorities, maritime logistics managers, and other related parties, and distributing questionnaires and field surveys related to port activities. The research stages involved port infrastructure mapping, capacity evaluation, loading and unloading speed analysis, and identification of potential improvements. The study results are expected to provide concrete infrastructure improvement recommendations to increase the efficiency of logistics distribution at Oransbari Port and support the success of the Sea Toll Program in the region.
