<![CDATA[Dampak Stres dan Lingkungan Tempat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kesenjangan pengetahuan tentang dampak stres dan lingkungan tempat kerja terhadap keadaan ketenagakerjaan karyawan di PT. Terminal Petikemas Pelindo Makassar. Studi saat ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel kuantitatif yang disebut pengacakan. Informasi dikumpulkan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan kuesioner penjangkauan kepada 59 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pekerjaan berat dan pekerjaan yang dilakukan di lingkungan tertentu memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebagai hasil dari faktor-faktor ini, yang berdampak negatif pada produktivitas kerja dan menghasilkan tingkat koefisien determinasi sekitar 67%, semua variabel independen memiliki hubungan yang bermakna satu sama lain.
