<![CDATA[This study aimed to know the implementation of policies mineral and coal mining business license and to know the factors that influence the implementation of duties in Kolaka district. The number of informants in this study were 9 people. The type used in this research was qualitative with selecting certain people who are considered to have knowledge about the implementation of mining business license policy. The research findings show that the implementation of mining business license policy in the regency can not be said to run in accordance with the rules applicable this is seen from the technical requirements and environmental requirements still not run in accordance with the rules. From administrative requirements and financial requirements can be said to be in accordance with the rules. Keywords: Implementation of policies, mining business licenses.]]>
