Abstract

This study purposed to determine the innovation of online complaints service based on satisfaction and accuracy of targets in its implementation and public services received by the community. This study used  qualitative research with 11 informants. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation. The results of this study indicated that the most important thing in citizen complaints services was  the village government and local government should provide sufficient budget to carry out an innovation program because this was evidence of public service innovation that made it easy for the public to make complaints and the public as customers should begin to realize and utilize the development of information and communication technology at this time in carrying out daily activities, so that the online complaints service innovation program could be maximized as a whole. Keywords: Service innovation, complaints based online

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the village information system is implemented in managing village funds in Pakatto Village, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency in terms of human resources, hardware, software, data and networks. The type and type of research used is descriptive qualitative, where information is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the Pakatto Village Head, Pakatto Village Secretary, Pakatto Village Office Staff and Pakatto Village Community. This research uses Agus Mulyanto's information system components, namely human resources, hardware, software, data and networks. The research results show that the ability of human resources to operate the system is still lacking and software errors often occur in the system.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan fungsi BPD membahas dan menyepakati rancangan peraturan desa dengan kepala desa, pelaksanaan fungsi BPD untuk menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat desa, pelaksanaan fungsi BPD untuk mengawasi kinerja kepala desa Bonto Padang, Kecamatan Kahu, Kabupaten Bone. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Validasi data dilakukan melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik dan analisis past time melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan fungsi Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) belum berjalan optimal. kehadiran BPD belum membawa aspirasi masyarakat pada saat musyawarah karena BPD belum bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the function of the Institutional Protector of the Village Consultative Body in Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District, Kolaka Regency and to determine the Institutional Supervision Function of the Village Consultative Body in Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District, Kolaka Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data analysis techniques using data reduction steps, data presentation and the final stage. The results showed that 1) the function of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the village community was to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community, in carrying out its function the BPD in Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District had not been carried out properly, 2) The supervisory function to supervise villages in Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District was quite implemented. well. The BPD of Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District is always active in questioning matters relating to the administration of the Village Government related to the planning of Village activities, implementation of activities and reporting of Village Government activities.Keywords: Implementation, Institutional Function

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the implementation of the coordination function in prevention between the Regional Government and PT. Bayu Energy Development of Bayu Power Plant (PLTB) in Jeneponto Regency. This study was a qualitative descriptive study, while data collection techniques used  observation, interviews and documentation. While the informants in this study were 8 people. Data sources used were primary data and secondary data, data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the Implementation of the Coordination Function between the PUPR Office and PT. Bayu Energy in PLTB Development in Jeneponto Regency had not run optimally, seen from the aspect of conflict prevention and contradiction, it did not find any solutions in its settlement, because the coordination requested by the PUPR Office was not responded by PT. EBJ, aspects of prevention of wastefulness prevention of wastefulness that occured between the two parties each opinions on the SOP that governed it, the aspect of preventing differences in approach did not work optimally because it had a different approach, and the prevention of differences in implementation did not run well because there was no division of labor.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Lurah dalam Peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Karunrung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulam data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan 5 dimensinya yaitu: 1) meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawai dilakukan lurah dengan memberikan motivasi berupa pemberian apresiasi berupa pujian atau bonus terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) meningkatkan kesejahteraan pegawai, yakni lurah memberiksn tunjangan maupun bonus kepada para pegawai yang memiliki kinerja yang baik; 3) menciptakan iklim organisasi yang harmonis yakni dengan saling terbuka, lurah yang cukup ramah serta saling mengharagai antara atasan dan bawahan maupun sesama pegawai; 4) kepemimimpinan di Kelurahan Karunrung cukup efektif jika dilihat dari ke3 indikator diatas sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun belum bisa dikatakan efektif sepenuhnya dikarenakan masih terdapat disiplin jam kerja pegawai yang masih rendah, 5) pengembangan karir, belum dilaksanakan di Kantor Kelurahan namun lurah meningkatkan kemampuan pegawainya dengan mengikutkan pegawainya melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Makassar. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and explain the effect of the quality of expert doctor's services on patient satisfaction in Siwa Hospital, Pitumpanua District, Wajo Regency. This study used quantitative research methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires strengthened by the results of field observations and documentation studies. The results of this study showed that the results of the regression (influence) of the variable (X) on the variable (Y) simultaneously was only .324 or 32.4%, which meant that the effect of the quality of expert doctor services on patient satisfaction in Siwa Hospital, Pitumpanua District, Wajo Regency was not significant. . While the influence of the variable quality of expert doctor's service (X) on the patient satisfaction variable (Y) partially showed the  results found that no more than .242 or 24.2% . Also showed the effect of the quality of expert doctor's service on patient satisfaction in Siwa Hospital, Pitumpanua District,  Wajo Regency was classified as insignificant.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the implementation and factors  through the Village Innovation Exchange in Sinjai Borong District, Sinjai Regency. This study used phenomenology with qualitative research type. The number of research informants was 8 people. Research information was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research on Reinventing Government through the Village Innovation Exchange in Sinjai Borong District, Sinjai Regency on the principle of catalytic government (Catalytic Government) showed that there were efforts to improve the welfare of rural communities by providing a platform or program that could initiate village businesses in utilizing village funds they had by innovative way. The principle of government owned by the community showed that the community gained knowledge on the basis of their own initiative and the potential of the village so that they Could get additional income. The inhibiting factor was the lack of follow-up from the community after the implementation of the Village Innovation Exchange activities and the existence of differences of opinion regarding village innovation activities.Keywords: Village fund management, good governance

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi anggota badan permusyawaratan desa (BPD) dalam penetapan peraturan desa di Desa Bonto Tangnga Kecamatan Uluere Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memperoleh data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder melalui teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi anggota BPD dalam penetapan peraturan desa berdasarkan indikator kompetensi yakni keterampilan menjalankan dan mengelola tugas, keterampilan mengambil tindakan, keterampilan bekerja sama dan keterampilan beradaptasi yang diterapkan oleh anggota BPD dalam menjalankan tugasnya yaitu membahas, merumuskan dan menetapkan rancangan peraturan desa bersama kepala desa, membentuk panitia pemilihan kepala desa dan melaksanakan pengawasan kinerja kepala desa dapat dikatakan terlaksana dengan baik namun dalam menampung, merumuskan serta menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat desa belum optimal karena anggota BPD kurang melakukan kunjungan dan kurang berbaur dimasyarakat dan masih belum terlaksananya dengan baik sosialisasi atau pemberitahuan  tentang peraturan desa. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the decision-making of Kalebarembeng Village Head, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The number of informants in this study was 11 people. This study used qualitative with a type of phenomenological research that emphasized the subjectivity of human life experiences. Data collection techniques were the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used interactive analysis models. The results showed that the decision-making of the Kalebarembeng Village Head of Bontonompo District of Gowa Regency was seen from the aspect of the Village Head's Intuition in the decision-making process which was not good enough because it often prioritized feelings, the aspect of the village head's experience was still lacking because the community with the hamlet head said that the community it should be involved in meetings or deliberations, sometimes it is still not involved. The fact of decision making in the kalebarembeng village government scope concluded that was still not good to be seen from the criticism from the community, but the authority and rational aspects had been going well and made sense. Keywords: Decision Making, Kalebarembeng Village Head
