Abstract

Abstract Organizational citizenship behavior is behavior that is optional and not part of an employee's formal work obligations. This research aims to determine between psychological capital and work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. The subjects of this research were employees of PT. X in Lamongan. The number of respondents in this study was 127 respondents. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire entered into a Google form. This research method uses multiple regression techniques. The research results show that there is a relationship between psychological capital and work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. There is a relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior. However, in the last hypothesis there is no relationship between work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Abstrak Perilaku organizational citizenship behavior adalah perilaku yang sifatnya pilihan tidak menjadi bagian dari kewajiban kerja formal dari seorang karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui antara psychological capital dan work engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. X di Lamongan. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 127 responden. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di masukan dalam google formulir. Pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan skala organizational citizenship behavior dari organ, skala psychological capital menggunakan aspek-aspek milik luthanss dan yang terakhir skala work engagament mengadaptasi skala UWES-17. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara psychological capital dan work engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior, terdapat hubungan antara psychological capital dengan organizational citizenship behavior. namun pada hipotesis terakhir tidak ada hubungan antara work engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior.
