<![CDATA[Leadership is the process of influencing the activities of a group to achieve the goals set. The principal is the leader in the school who is fully responsible. The principal at SD IT (Integrated Islamic Elementary School) has an important role in developing the school and improving the quality of education. This study aims to dig deeper into the principal's leadership practices and strategies in SD IT and their impact on student performance and teaching quality. Through the qualitative method of Library Research it can be concluded that in carrying out his leadership the IT SD principal must pay attention to the following: establishing a clear school vision and mission, Leading by example, Developing an appropriate curriculum, Motivating teachers and students, Managing finances and human resources, Establish a good relationship with parents of students]]>
