As for the research method in this writing, the author uses a library research method, namely by conducting a review of a number of books, literature and documentation, Islamic encyclopedias and other references in order to find theoretical bases that can support the data. -data in this discussion. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, namely an effort to collect, compile, interpret existing data and then analyze the data. Harun ar-Rasyid's attention to science can also be seen in the appointment of teachers for his sons.
