Abstrak: Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi menentukan persamaan garis lurus di SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Parigi Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS yang dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi menentukan persamaan garis lurus di kelas VIII C SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Parigi Tengah tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan desain penelitian mengacu pada model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII C SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Parigi Tengah yang berjumlah 22 orang siswa dan dipilih 3 informan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII C SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Parigi Tengah pada materi persamaan garis lurus. Abstract: The main problem in the research was the low learning outcomes of students in the material determine the equation of straight line in SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Parigi Tengah. The purpose of this research was to describe the application of cooperative learning model of TPS type that can improve student learning outcomes in the material determine the equation of straight line in class VIII C SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Parigi Tengah academic year 2017/2018. This type of research was classroom action research (PTK) with research design refers to model Kemmis and Mc. Taggart namely: planning, action execution, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were all students of class VIII C SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Parigi Tengah which amounted to 22 students and selected 3 informants. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results showed that cooperative learning type TPS can improve student learning outcomes class VIII C SMP 1 Muhammadiyah Parigi Central on the equation of straight line.
