Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan karena terdapat peserta didik kelas 1 sekolah dasar yang kesulitan membaca dan memahami buku tematik, sehingga berdampak pada pembelajaran peserta didik mengenai materi peristiwa alam yang terjadi di tempat tinggalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku interaktif materi peristiwa alam kelas I SD/MI yang layak dan sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu define, design, development dan disseminate. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan angket. Data yang digunakan merupakan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Pengembangan buku interaktif materi Peristiwa Alam kelas I SD/MI dilakukan melalui tahap define, design, development dan disseminate. 2) Hasil validasi ahli materi mendapat persentase sebesar 92,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan hasil validasi ahli bahan ajar mendapat persentase sebesar 93,3% dengan kriteria sangat layak. 3) Hasil respons peserta didik terhadap buku interaktif pada uji perorangan, kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar mendapat hasil sebesar 83%, 91% dan 91% dengan kategori sangat baik. Abstract This research was conducted because there were 1st grade elementary school students who had difficulty reading and understanding thematic books, which had an impact on students' learning about natural events that occurred in their environment. This study aims to produce an interactive book on natural events for 1st grade elementary school students that is feasible and meets the needs of students. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model consisting of 4 stages, namely define, design, development and disseminate. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, questionnaires and documentation. Data collection instruments use observation sheets and questionnaires. The data used are qualitative and quantitative data. The results of the study: 1) The development was carried out through the define, design, development and disseminate stages. 2) The results of the validation by material experts obtained a percentage of 92,5% with very feasible criteria and the results of the validation by teaching material experts obtained a percentage of 93,3% with very feasible criteria. 3) The results of students responses to interactive books in individual, small group and large group tests obtained results of 83%, 91% and 91% with very good categories.
