<![CDATA[This research aims to investigate the influence of knowledge about the school environment and views on teachers' living conditions on the interest of 2020 FKIP UNS Office Administration Education Study Program students in choosing the teaching profession. This study was conducted using a survey method on a sample of students from the class of 2020 who were currently studying in the program. Data was collected through a questionnaire which included questions about their knowledge of the school environment and their perceptions of teachers' living conditions. Data analysis was carried out using regression techniques to determine the relationship between these variables and students' interest in becoming teachers. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the interest of 2020 FKIP UNS Office Administration Education students in choosing the teaching profession. The implications of this research can help formulate education policies that are more targeted in attracting and retaining quality teacher candidates.]]>
