This research aims to describe the improvement in student learning outcomes in Pancasila education learning using the Problem Based Learning model in class V of SDN 18 Kampung Baru, Padang City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was carried out in two cycles, cycle I had two meetings and cycle II had one meeting. The subjects of this research were teachers (researchers) and students totaling 21 students, 12 male students and 9 female students. The results of this research show an increase in: 1) The first cycle teaching module averaged 85.41% (Good) increasing in the second cycle to 95.83% (Very Good). 2) Implementation of teacher activities in cycle I averaged 83.93% (Good) increasing in cycle II to 92.85% (Very Good). 3) Assessment of students in improving learning outcomes in cycle I averaged 78.68% (Fair) increasing in cycle II 88.41% (Good).
