<![CDATA[The rule of law in the current era of democratization is one of the demands that must be implemented in the context of transparency in the handling of legal cases in social, national and state life. Impeachment is the process of dismissing the President and/or Vice President during their term of office which involves three state institutions, namely the DPR, the Court. The Constitution, and the MPR where the results of impeachment carried out by one of these three institutions have a legal relationship and influence each other. The Constitutional Court's decision provides a juridical interpretation of the DPR's accusations regarding violations of the law and disgraceful acts committed by the president and/or vice president and/or it is proven that the president and/or vice president no longer fulfills the requirements to be president and/or vice president.]]>
