Menarche defined as the first menstrual period in adolescent girls. Research shows that as many as 100% of female students are not ready to face menarche. This community service focuses to increase the knowledge and readiness of adolescents regarding reproductive health starting from the early stages, menarche. The activity was carried out using the online zoom meeting method to convey information related to menarche to adolescents aged 10-12 years who had not yet menstruated. The participation of adolescents in online Health Education is accompanied by students from the midwifery study program at Universitas Indonesia Maju. Measuring teenagers' knowledge and readiness using pretest and posttest. A total of 35 teenagers took part in activities, in the pretest 5 (14.3%) teenagers had good knowledge, in the posttest 20 (57.2%) teenagers had good knowledge. For readiness, in the pretest there were 2 (5.7%) teenagers who had high readiness and in the post-test there were 17 (48.6%) teenagers who had high readiness. Health education through online media can help increase teenagers' knowledge and readiness to face menarche. Keywords: Menarche; Knowledge; Readiness; Adolescents
