Abstract

4C skills are competencies that are the main basis in 21st century learning where students are required to develop both in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects, this study aims to determine the process of differentiated learning in improving 4C skills in elementary school students, This study researchers use the Literature Review Method or called Literature Review. literature review is a research method that uses various written sources, including scientific journals, books, and other references for research concepts and topics then analyzed through techniques using Content analysis techniques. Based on the results of the analysis that differentiated learning is able to improve 4C skills where each application carried out by several researchers is able to influence students, both from critical thinking skills, Collaborative, Communicative and Creative The steps taken in the differentiated learning process are by integrating the approach and learning model so that the process of improving 4c skills is carried out in accordance with the syntax or steps of the learning models used.
