The purpose of this study was to improve students' learning motivation through the methods used by teachers and to evaluate the role of teachers. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method that focused on investigating problems. The results showed that teachers are important in improving students' learning motivation by building students' interest in learning. The factors that influence students' learning motivation are: Lack of interest in the subject, difficulty understanding abstract ideas, and the belief that PPKn is a subject that requires memorization are examples of internal causes. Peer pressure, family environment, and less creative teaching strategies are examples of external forces.
