Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan pendidikan moral dan karakter kebangsaan kepada Pemuda GMIM Nazaret Matani Kota Tomohon sebagai generasi penerus bangsa. Mitra yang terlibat dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah Pemuda Gereja dalam kontribusi untuk memberi pengetahuan tentang Pendidikan moral dan karakter Kebangsaan. Pemuda sebagai sasaran sosialisasi/ penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya Pendidikan moral dan memiliki karakter kebangsaan yang pada dasarnya Pemuda adalah Generasi Penerus dan masa depan Bangsa Indonesia. Permasalahan Mitra didapati antara lain: perkembangan Teknologi menjadi penyebab utama Pemuda masa kini tidak lagi mempunyai Pengetahuan tentang Moral dan Karakter Kebangsaan yang mumpuni. Selanjutnya kurangnya minat belajar tentang Pendidikan Moral dan Karakter Kebangsaan. Minimnya sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran akan hal tersebut. Hasil pengabdian yang telah dicapai yaitu meningkatnya pendidikan moral dan karakter kebangsaan pada pemuda GMIM Nazaret Matani Kota Tomohon.

Penelitian ini difokuskan pada pemuda tentang perannya dalam pembangunan desa, tentang faktor-faktor penyebab rendahnya partisipasi pemuda dalam pembangunan di Desa Inuai. Dengan subjek penelitian adalah pemuda yang ada di Desa Inuai Kecamatan Passi Barat Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi pemuda dalam pembangunan di Desa Inuai Kecamatan Passi Barat Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatf, dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemuda yang ada di Desa Inuai Kecamatan Passi Barat Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow belum berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam pembangunan desa, rendahnya partisipasi pemuda ini dikarenakan, pertama: faktor pendidikan. Hal ini menyebabkan rendahnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya partisipasi pemuda dalam pembangunan desa. Kedua, faktor ekonomi, karena minimnya ekonomi keluarga hal ini yang menyebabkan pemuda lebih memilih bekerja dibandingkan melanjutkan pendidikan. sehingga mereka sulit untuk ikut serta secara langsung dalam setiap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di desa.

Usia remaja mengalami situasi rentan, karena ada kegagalan dalam perjalanan kehidupan. Bila masa remaja ini diisi dengan penuh kesuksesan, kegiatan yang sangat produktif dan berhasil guna dalam menyiapkan diri untuk memasuki tahap selanjutnya, kemungkinan manusia itu akan mendapat kesuksesan dalam perjalanan hidupnya. Masa remaja bisa menjadi kunci kesuksesan dalam memasuki tahapan kehidupan selanjutnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pergaulan yang di lakukan oleh remaja di Kelurahan Taratara Satu Kecamatan Tomohon Barat. Dalam penelitian ini rumuan masalah yang diangkat adalah bagaimana pergaulan remaja di masyarakat kelurahan Taratara Satu Kecamatan Tomohon Barat. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian kualitatif dikumpulkan bukan angka-angka, akan tetapi berupa kata-kata atau gambaran. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pergaulan remaja dalam masyarakat di kelurahan Taratara Satu Kecamatan Tomohon Barat yaitu pergaulan remaja yang dipengaruhi oleh media teknologi yang semakin mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Selain itu, temuan yang ada adalah kurangnya perhatian orang tua dalam mendidik anak.

This study aims to examine the implementation of Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile, especially in the global diversity dimension, in learning activities in the Remboken Adventist Junior High School classroom. The research focuses on the importance of applying the global diversity dimension, the form of implementation carried out in the learning process, and its influence on students' attitudes and behaviors. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data sources are obtained from teachers and students which are then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of the study show that strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile in the global diversity dimension has an important role in creating a conducive, tolerant, and inclusive learning environment. The implementation of these values is carried out through the integration of Pancasila values in learning activities, habituation of mutual respect, the implementation of religious activities, class deliberations, group work, and the provision of examples by teachers in daily life. The impact of the implementation can be seen in the increasing tolerance of students, the ability to communicate in the midst of diversity, the growth of a sense of responsibility, and awareness to maintain harmony in the school environment. However, this study also found several obstacles, including the limitation of educators who have a background in Pancasila and Citizenship Education and the need to strengthen consistency in program implementation. Thus, the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening which emphasizes the global diversity dimension at Remboken Adventist Junior High School has made a positive contribution to the formation of the character of students who are tolerant, have a strong national identity, and are able to coexist harmoniously in a diverse society.

This research was carried out to analyze the government's involvement in environmental cleanliness management, identify obstacles that arise, and examine the efforts made to encourage community participation in Koya Village, South Tondano District. The method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through in-depth interviews, direct observations in the field, and tracing of supporting documents. The research subjects consisted of village officials, community leaders, and residents of Koya Village. The findings of the study show that the Koya Village Government has shown a fairly active role in maintaining the cleanliness of the environment. This is realized through the implementation of regular community service, the provision of temporary garbage containers, garbage transportation services using a cleaning fleet, as well as socialization activities carried out through RT/RW meetings, the installation of banners, the use of social media, and support from religious leaders and community leaders. However, the implementation of hygiene management still faces a number of obstacles, especially limited facilities such as temporary landfills, garbage transport vehicles, and cleaning equipment. In addition, the low awareness of some people and the lack of cleaning personnel also affect the effectiveness of the programs carried out. In order to increase community involvement, the village government seeks to reactivate routine community service activities, involve schools and youth groups, and provide a simple form of appreciation to the environment that is considered active in maintaining cleanliness. However, the level of community participation is still unstable and has not shown sustainable consistency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of the village government in managing environmental cleanliness has been running quite well, but it still needs improvement, especially in the provision of facilities and infrastructure, equitable distribution of socialization activities, consistency of supervision, and the implementation of more effective strategies to foster public awareness.

This study aims to examine the government's efforts in fostering youth development, the obstacles encountered, and the solutions implemented in Kakaskasen Dua Village, Tomohon City. The main issue addressed in this research is the persistence of negative behaviors among youth, particularly alcohol abuse, which impacts public order. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires involving the village government, community members, and youth. The results indicate that the government’s efforts include socialization programs, collaboration with authorities, and youth activities. However, the implementation still faces several challenges, such as environmental influences, social media exposure, lack of parental supervision, and limited positive activities. Therefore, stronger collaboration and the enhancement of sustainable development programs are needed. In conclusion, youth development efforts have been carried out but are not yet optimal and need to be improved to produce responsible and well-characterized young generations

This study explores the impact of budget efficiency policies on the welfare of honorary staff at SMA Negeri 1 Remboken, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. Budget efficiency policies aim to increase the effectiveness of public funds, but can impact the management of non-ASN staff in the education sector. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical methods to deeply understand the experiences and perceptions of honorary staff and school principals regarding the implementation of these policies. The research subjects consisted of honorary teachers, administrative staff, and principals who were selected purposively. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation studies, while data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (1994) which includes reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that budget efficiency policies affect the distribution and management of school funds, resulting in limited honorariums, minimal welfare benefits, and uncertainty about the employment status of honorary staff. This condition creates an imbalance between the contribution of honorary staff to learning activities and school operations and the level of welfare they receive. These findings provide input for the development of public policies in the field of education, improving school budget management, and protecting and improving the welfare of honorary staff.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of alcoholic beverages (tuak) on public order in Batunajagar Village, Sijamapolang District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, and to identify the factors influencing the disruption of social order caused by tuak consumption. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that excessive consumption of tuak has negative impacts on public order, including deviant behaviors such as fights, theft, noise disturbances, and damage to public facilities. In addition, it reduces the sense of safety and comfort within the community and disrupts social relationships among residents. The factors influencing these conditions include environmental influences, habitual behavior, lack of supervision, and low public awareness of the negative effects of alcoholic beverages. Therefore, active roles from the village government and the community are needed in supervision, guidance, and raising awareness to minimize the negative impacts of tuak consumption on public order

This study aims to find out the picture of violations of ethical and moral norms in social life in adolescents and identify the factors that affect the occurrence of these violations in Mapanget Village, Talawaan District, North Minahasa Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation with informants consisting of adolescents, parents, and the village government. The results of the study show that violations of ethical and moral norms committed by adolescents include fights, abusive words to elders, disrespect for teachers and parents, making noise in the community, and other behaviors that are contrary to values, morals, and norms that apply in social life. Factors that affect the occurrence of these violations include internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include unstable emotions, lack of self-control, and a desire to be recognized by peers. Meanwhile, external factors include peer influence, poor social environment, lack of supervision from parents, and the influence of social media. Therefore, the role of the family, community, and village government is needed in providing guidance and strengthening of ethical and moral values to adolescents in order to create an orderly, safe, and harmonious social life.

This study aims to find out why students at SMK Negeri 1 East Siau are still found to have less disciplined behavior and to find out teachers' efforts to improve the disciplinary character of SMK Negeri 1 Siau Timur students. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study show that lack of discipline behavior is still found in some students in daily life in the school environment. The first factor is the low awareness of students on the importance of discipline is one of the main causes. There is also a factor of lack of personal responsibility as a student should be reflected in the attitude of carrying out learning obligations, obeying regulations, in addition to that there is also a factor of influence on the peer environment, at the age of adolescence students tend to be more easily influenced by their social groups. The desire to be accepted into a group often encourages students to conform to the prevailing habits within it. If the social environment violates the rules, then students have the potential to follow this behavior. Teachers' efforts to improve the character of student discipline, efforts are made to provide good examples such as arriving on time, dressing neatly, and carrying out tasks with full responsibility.
