<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of education, training, compensation and work discipline on teacher performance at SDN 001 Batu Aji in Batam City. This type of research is quantitative with a population of 50 respondents. The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique was carried out by using saturated sampling technique. In this research using data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaire) which has been tested by testing the validity and reliability. The research data was processed using the SPSS Version 24 software program. The results showed that education partially had a significant effect on teacher performance, training had a significant effect on teacher performance, while compensation and work discipline had no effect on teacher performance. The results of the study simultaneously show that education, training, compensation and work discipline together have a significant effect on teacher performance.]]>
