Abstract

Awareness of the importance of education that can provide hope and better possibilities in the future, has encouraged various efforts and attention of all levels of society towards the movement of the educational world. Education as an effort in order to improve the quality of human life, in essence aims to humanize, mature, and change behavior, and improve quality for the better. In reality education is not a simple effort, but an activity that is dynamic and challenging. Education will always change along with the changing times, every time education is always the focus of attention and not even the target of dissatisfaction because education concerns the interests of all people, not only concerning investment and living conditions in the future, but also concerning conditions and atmosphere current life. Abstract

The pension fund is one of the potential event, which can be a source of national development supporting all Indonesian people. With the Pension Fund, the sustainability of income in old age can be realized, employees can work more quietly, and the expected productivity and employee loyalty can meningkat.Dana Bank Nagari Retirement Pension Fund is established by Bank Nagari with a view to organizing Defined Benefit Pension Fund and with the aim of providing continuity of income for participants after full devotion. Therefore, it can not be separated from the responsibility of the Pension Fund for the adequacy of funds to meet the obligations to pay retirement benefits to participants and parties entitled to pension benefits.

Abstract

As one of the pillars of the company's functions, human resource management is a major milestone in considering the decision making of three other functions: finance, marketing, operations / production. Human resources in the company are the most valuable assets. Optimizing the results of the company's achievements will be strongly supported by the increasing role of functional managers involved in managing human resources. Human resource management is part of management science that focuses its attention on regulating the role of human resources in the activities of an organization. In achieving its goals, of course, an organization needs human resources as a manager of the system, so that the system runs certainly in its management, it must pay attention to several important aspects such as training, development, motivation and other aspects. This will make human resource management an important indicator of achieving organizational goals effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The study of the research that the researchers did was the influence of Service Quality and Promotion on Student Decisions. Lecture at STIE Bentara Persada Batam. With the object of reseach on STIE Bentara Persada Batam students. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on Student Decision Lecture at STIE Bentara Persada Batam. This study used a sample of 70 students at STIE Bentara Persada Batam with the chosen sample technique being saturated sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The results showed that, Service Quality and Promotion partially had a positive and significant effect on Student Decision Lecture at STIE Bentara Persada Batam. The regression analysis results obtained a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.175which means that student decisions areinfluenced by Service Quality and Promotion by 17.5%, while the remaining 82.5% is influenced by other variables not examined inthis study.

Abstract

The main task of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in accordance with Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection is to deal with and resolve disputes between business actors and consumers. The function of BPSK is to handle and resolve consumer disputes outside the court. The Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency is an independent body, free from the influence and power of the Government and not under the structure of one Department or government institution, so that the BPSK assembly in carrying out its duties and authorities has full freedom and independence to make decisions in resolving consumer disputes objectively based on Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, and the Regulations for its implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion and location either partially or simultaneously on consumer buying interest at Taras Indah Supermarket Batam. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods with the number of respondents as many as 90 consumers and data collection using questionnaires. The results of this study found that the multiple linear regression model is Y = 1.684 + 0.146X1 + 0.414X2 + 0.378X3 + e. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) the price variable had no and no significant effect on consumer buying interest with a tcount of 1.423 < ttable 1.663 and a significance level of 0.158 > 0.05. (2) the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest with a tcount value of 3.803 > ttable 1.663 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. (3) the location variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest with a tcount value of 3.895 > ttable 1.663 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. And the f test shows that the fcount for price, promotion, and location is 323,175 > ftable 2.71 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the variables of price, promotion and location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest at Taras Indah Supermarket Batam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work motivation and work environment on the intention to move employees. This research was conducted at PT Winner group Batam, with a total population of 130. In this study, researchers used a simple random sampling technique. In this technique, sample members were taken from the population at random without paying attention to the strata in the population. by drawing lots, selecting numbers from a list at random. so this research sample took a sample of 50 respondents, the researcher used the multiple linear regression analysis method with the SPSS version 22 program as a data processing tool. The results showed that compensation had a negative and significant effect on the intention to move (tcount=-2.806 < ttable 1.67866). The results showed that work motivation had a negative and significant effect on the intention to move (tcount=-2.630< ttable1.67866). The results showed that the work environment has a negative and significant effect on intention to move (tcount=-2.985<ttable 1.67866).The results showed that job satisfaction, work motivation, and work environment have an influence and significant on interest in moving (Fcount = 4.080 > Ftable 2.81)
