Menarche is an important experience in the lives of adolescent girls that marks the beginning of puberty and biological readiness for reproductive function. Unpreparedness in facing menarche often causes anxiety, fear, and even trauma. Therefore, the role of parents, especially mothers, in providing information and education about menarche is very important. This study aims to determine the extent of the role of parents in providing information related to menarche preparation for adolescent girls. This research method uses a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires to 50 adolescent girls aged 10–13 years. The results showed that most adolescents who received information from their parents felt more prepared and less afraid when experiencing menarche for the first time. It can be concluded that the active involvement of parents in providing education has a positive effect on the readiness of adolescent girls in facing menarche.
