This study aims to formulate a pastoral ministry strategy for Generation Z based on Proverbs 22:6, emphasizing the importance of early faith education and contextual approaches suited to the characteristics of the digital generation. The research offers significant benefits by providing churches and Christian educators with a framework for building relevant, effective faith formation for Generation Z amidst rapid technological and cultural shifts. Using a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach, data were collected from books, journal articles, and other relevant literature, then analyzed descriptively to provide a deep understanding of the phenomenon studied. The findings reveal that effective pastoral ministry to Generation Z must focus on educational efforts that are continuous and adapted to their digital lifestyle, incorporating digital platforms, social media-based counseling, and relational, flexible communication styles. The exegesis of Proverbs 22:6 confirms that faith education must be active, personalized, and begun early to produce lasting spiritual maturity. The conclusion of this study recommends that churches urgently redesign youth pastoral programs to integrate digital media and contemporary communication methods, ensuring the sustainability and growth of Christian values within Generation Z.
