<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of sense of humor on the resilience of specialist medical education participants. The phenomenon of specialist medical education participants is faced with various demands during the education period, such as excessive workload, so that this condition becomes a source of stress that has the potential to interfere with mental health, anxiety and other negative emotions, so that good resilience skills are needed to survive during the education period. Various studies have examined that sense of humor is one of the personality factors that can increase resilience. The method applied in this research is quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample taken in this study consisted of 95 specialist doctor education participants selected through accidental sampling technique. The findings of the simple linear regression analysis showed the influence of sense of humor on resilience in specialist medical education participants, based on a significance value of 0.010 (p < 0.05), and a calculated t value of 2.642, also obtained a regression coefficient value of 0.719. which means that every 1 unit increase in sense of humor will increase resilience by 0.719. This shows that sense of humor has an effect on resilience.
