The main problem in this study is the lack of practical training and mentoring for teachers in improving their pedagogical competence, especially in science learning. This study aims to provide a bibliometric review of the research trends of the Navigating Inspiring Strategy Workshop Action Transformation Holistic Implementation (NISWATHI) coaching model to improve science teachers' competencies from 2015 to 2024. This study used qualitative methods with bibliometric analysis techniques on 1000 journal article documents taken from the Dimensions.ai database according to PRISMA guidelines. The analysis was supported by VOSviewer software to visualise keyword trends and research patterns. The results showed publication trends peaked in 2019, reflecting significant interest in this topic. The dominant publication types were chapters and edited books, suggesting that this topic is often covered in comprehensive academic references. In conclusion, this research improves science teachers' competencies, showing significant development from 2015 to 2024. The implication is that this research provides strategic guidance for teachers, policymakers, and educational institutions in creating a learning ecosystem relevant to global needs and contextualised with modern educational challenges.
