This study aims to analyze the selection of online transportation modes (Grab, Go-Jek, and Maxim) based on service quality variables consisting of cost, ease of access, waiting time, security, and comfort. This study was conducted using a quantitative method with two types of analysis, namely binary logit analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents in Parepare City. Based on binary logit analysis, the chance of choosing the Grab mode is higher than Maxim and Go-Jek above 50%, while Maxim and Gojek only have a chance of being selected which is no more than 30%. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the variables of cost, ease of access, waiting time, security, and comfort have a high significant influence below 0.01 with a coefficient of determination reaching 85.90%. This study contributes to the development and planning strategy of online transportation modes for medium urban areas such as Parepare City.
