<![CDATA[SMKN 1 Padang as an agent of change plays a strategic role in improving the quality of vocational education in the industrial era 4.0 through various transformation initiatives and partnerships with business and industry. The school has started a new chapter with the inauguration of the SMK Center of Excellence (PK) program, a new matching scheme facilitated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, which aims to accelerate the improvement of the quality of vocational education and match graduates with the needs of the world of work, further study and entrepreneurship. As an agent of change, SMKN 1 Padang not only focuses on improving academic quality, but also strengthens partnerships with business and industry (DUDI), such as PT Mobah in the Electric Power Installation Engineering skill program, to ensure the relevance and readiness of graduates to enter the workforce. This approach strengthens SMKN 1 Padang's role as a reference and center for improving the quality of other SMKs in the region.]]>
