Dalam sistem peradilan formal Indonesia, logika hukum digunakan untuk menginterpretasi hukum secara konsisten dan rasional, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi keputusan-keputusan yang diambil dalam penyelesaian perkara. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran logika hukum dalam memastikan penerapan hukum yang adil dan rasional, dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip kebenaran dan keadilan. Dalam pembahasan ini, penulis mengeksplorasi bagaimana logika hukum diterapkan dalam sistem peradilan pidana, penerapan teori hukum, serta konsep restorative justice dalam menyelesaikan kasus-kasus hukum.
