Abstract

Adolescence begins with puberty, which is a time of physical changes and physiological functions such as the maturity of sexual organs. The role of parents is very important to educate, supervise, describe how to solve problems and be role models and set a good example for adolescents. This study aims to describe how the role of parents in sex education and how parents understand premarital sex. The method used is a qualitative method in the form of data collection, using interviews and observation. The subjects in the study were three elderly people. The results showed that children have begun to understand the meaning of sex, understand reproductive organs, ethics in getting along, and can explain the dangers of premarital sex and its effects including venereal diseases. The conclusions obtained are as follows: (1) Parents' understanding of sex includes biological, psychological and cultural needs. (2) How to communicate sex issues to children can be done without any special time, by taking advantage of momentum, conveyed clearly unambiguously. Sex education is also given according to the needs of children and without having to start with an event. (3) The role of parents in sex education includes the distribution of duties, monitoring in sexual matters. (4) Children respond positively to sex education given by parents if the atmosphere is conducive, on the contrary, children's responses become negative if the moment of providing sex education is not appropriate (5) Sex education materials include sex differences, social ethics, and sexual diseases.Kata kunci : adolescents, the role of parents, sex education.

Abstract

Preventing acts of corruption in the office environment involves a series of strategic steps to create a culture of transparency and accountability. These efforts include implementing a code of ethics, training on integrity, and strict supervision of the decision-making process. In addition, the application of information technology to monitor financial transactions and reports can help detect potential fraud. By building awareness and commitment of all employees towards preventing corruption, organizations can increase public trust and create a healthier work environment. Preventing acts of corruption in the office environment is a crucial step in creating good governance and improving institutional integrity. Corruption can hinder economic growth and damage public trust. To prevent this, a comprehensive approach is needed, including implementing transparency policies, strengthening supervisory systems, and ethical education for employees. In addition, an organizational culture that supports openness and accountability must be built. This research discusses effective strategies that can be implemented to minimize the risk of corruption, including the use of information technology and participation in community oversight. The results are expected to provide recommendations for government and private agencies in strengthening efforts to prevent corruption

Abstract

Abstrak Logika hukum memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam proses penegakan hukum yang bertujuan untuk mencapai kebenaran dan keadilan dalam sistem peradilan. Dalam sistem peradilan formal Indonesia, logika hukum digunakan untuk menginterpretasi hukum secara konsisten dan rasional, yang pada gilirannya mempengaruhi keputusan-keputusan yang diambil dalam penyelesaian perkara. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran logika hukum dalam memastikan penerapan hukum yang adil dan rasional, dengan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip kebenaran dan keadilan. Dalam pembahasan ini, penulis mengeksplorasi bagaimana logika hukum diterapkan dalam sistem peradilan pidana, penerapan teori hukum, serta konsep restorative justice dalam menyelesaikan kasus-kasus hukum. Kata Kunci: Logika Hukum, Kebenaran, Keadilan, Sistem Peradilan, Restorative Justice Abstract Abstract are written in Bahasa Indonesia and English, provide a brief introduction, Legal logic plays a crucial role in the process of law enforcement aimed at achieving truth and justice within the judicial system. In the formal judicial system of Indonesia, legal logic is used to interpret the law consistently and rationally, which in turn influences the decisions made in the resolution of cases. This article aims to examine the role of legal logic in ensuring the fair and rational application of the law, while considering the principles of truth and justice. In this discussion, the author explores how legal logic is applied in the criminal justice system, the application of legal theories, and the concept of restorative justice in resolving legal cases. Abstract

Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (Sars-CoV-2), therefore a study is conducted to break the chain the spread of the coronavirus is a touchless automatic door. In this study, an automatic door is made, and this door uses an Arduino-based ultrasonic sensor. This research aims to be able to design and build sliding doors for automatic doors and can create an Arduino system that is suitable for automatic doors and can use ultrasonic sensors as a touchless medium. This research uses tools and materials, namely Arduino Uno, ultrasonic sensor, dc motor, l298n motor driver, and for the driving mechanism is a dc motor connected to the pinion sprocket and a chain connected to the door surface. This research designs doors in SolidWorks 2018 software and builds doors with specifications (Material: PVC, Height: 1900 mm, Width: 610 mm, Thickness: 40 mm, Mass: 7.5 kg, Weight: 73.5 N) in a street workshop in Leuweung Sawo Cilegon-Banten, as well as making an Arduino system for doors that can move automatically by making a coding program in the Arduino IDE software, for opening and closing the door with an ultrasonic sensor that is set at a distance of about 5 cm..
