<![CDATA[This Community Service aims to provide training and guidance to the workers or food handlers at UM Krecek Krupuk "Bu Nor" on food safety and food quality related to nutritional content. The issues faced by UM Krecek Krupuk "Bu Nor" industry include a lack of understanding regarding food safety standards, which could affect consumer health. Additionally, there is a lack of information about the nutritional content of the products, reducing their appeal in a market that is becoming increasingly health-conscious. Furthermore, there is no practical guide for improving product quality without compromising production efficiency. This community service utilizes methods such as lectures, focus group discussions, laboratory analysis, and mentoring. The target group for this activity consists of three workers from the UM Krecek Krupuk "Bu Nor" industry. The outcome of this community service is that the participants received food safety training and laboratory testing of the nutritional content of the Krecek Krupuk, which will be displayed on the product packaging in the nutrition information section, thereby enhancing competitiveness and consumer trust.]]>
