Abstract

AbstrakInformasi  tentang seputar  bencana seringkali dianggap kurang penting oleh sebagain besar masyarakat terutama bagi masyarakat di daerah. Permasalahan ini menjadi penting, terutama bencana non-alam seperti Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi saat ini. Dalam hal ini disebabkan  bukan karena masyarakat di daerah tidak peduli terhadap Pandemi Covid-19,  melainkan akses yang terbatas terhadap informasi  kebencanaan. Keterbatasan akses tersebut meliputi keterbatasan media informasi,  pengetahuan, sampai  keterbatasan informasi yang disajikan oleh pemerintah daerah  terkait mitigasi bencana non-alam seperti yang terjadi di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu.  Diantara cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan  new media (media baru) dalam mendistribusikan informasi tentang mitigasi bencana Non-Alam Pandemi Covid-19. Oleh sebab  itu,  peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti bagaimana mitigasi non bencana yang dilakukan pemerintah Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu dalam pemanfaatan media baru sebagai media alternatif dalam  proses mitigasi bencana Pandemi Covid-19. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan  peran new media dalam proses mitigasi bencana, penelitian ini  menggunakan teori  uses and  gratification, dan menggunakan metode  penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik  pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam  pada  Pemda Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu dan masyarakat, dengan teknik pemilihan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan mitigasi bencanan non-alam pandemi covid-19 di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu belum berjalan maksimal, hal ini terlihat dari kurangnya sumber informasi yang sediakan oleh Gugus Tugas Covid-19 Kabupaten Ogan Koemring Ulu dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan yang disebabkan kurangnya informasi yang mereka ketahui melalui media.AbstractNowadays, information about disasters is often considered less important by the majority of the community, especially for people in the regions. This problem becomes important, especially non-natural disasters such as the Covid-19 Pandemic which is currently happening. In this case, it is not because people in the regions do not care about the Covid-19 Pandemic, but because they have limited access to disaster information. The limited access includes the limited media of information, knowledge, and limited information provided by the local government regarding the mitigation of non-natural disasters such as what happened in Ogan Komering Ulu District. One way to actually deal with this problem is to use new media in distributing information about mitigation of the Non-Natural Disaster of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining the role of new media as an alternative media in the process of mitigating the Covid-19 Pandemic disaster in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. To analyze the problem of the role of new media in the disaster mitigation process, this study used Uses and Gratification Theory, and used descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using in-depth interviews at the local government of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency and the community, with informant selection techniques using purposive sampling. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation process of mitigating the covid-19 pandemic non-natural disaster in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency has not been running optimally, this can be seen from the lack of information sources provided by the Covid-19 Task Force in Ogan Koemring Ulu Regency and the low awareness of the community in carrying out health protocol due to the lack of information they know through the media.

Abstract

AbstrakPesatnya perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi dewasa ini menyebabkan menjadikan informasi sebagai kebutuhan primer masyarakat di negara-negara maju dan berkembang, tak terkecuali di Indonesia. Hadirnya teknologi internet tidak membuat radio kehilanggan penggemar dan tetap eksis saat ini. Dengan teori uses and gratifications penelelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perilaku mendengarkan radio masyarakat Ponorogo di era media baru. Survei online digunakan sebagai metode untuk memperoleh data penelitian. Ada 200 responden yang memenuhi kriteria dalam penelitian ini. Hasil temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Ponorogo masih akrab dengan radio dalam keseharianya. Mereka kebanyakan mengakes radio secara konvesional meskipun sudah ada layanan radio streaming. Alasan utama mendengarkan radio adalah untuk mencari informasi. Musik menjadi acara dan konten yang paling disukai masyarakat Ponorogo ketika mendengarkan radio.AbstractToday the rapid development of communication and information technology has made information a primary need for people in growing and developing countries, including in Indonesia. The presence of internet technology has not made radio fans lose and still exists today. With the uses and gratifications theory, this study aims to explore the Ponorogo Societys’ listening behavior of radio in new media era. Online surveys are used as a method for obtaining research data. There were 200 respondents who met the criteria in this study. The findings of the study indicate that the Ponorogo societys’ still familiar with radio in their daily lives. They mostly access radio on a conventional basis even though there are already streaming radio services. The main reason to listen the radio is to find information. Music is the program and contents that Ponorogo scoietys’ most likelye when they listen to the radio.

Abstract

The emergence of a new covid-19 variant (Omicron) has had a real impact in Ponorogo. In an effort to overcome the crisis that occurs, it is necessary to pay special attention and handling to the authorities or the community. The health Office as an institution that is at the forefront in responding to health issues must act quickly before the issue develops into a continuing crisis phenomenon. One of the phenomena of the communication crisis in this pandemic era is the emergence of an excessive concern about the impact of the spread of disease and also the policies made by authorized institutions. Referring to the theory expressed by W. Thompson regarding the 4R (Readiness, Radar, Response, Recovery) in responding to a crisis. The purpose of this study was to determine the crisis management strategy of the Ponorogo Health Service in dealing with the issue of the Omicron Variant Covid-19 crisis. This research is qualitative research with descriptive method. Various data collection processes are carried out both primary and secondary, such as: conducting in-depth interviews with the head of the P2P Health Office, taking documentation of the level of affected patients in Ponorogo. The results of this study indicate that the crisis management carried out by the Ponorogo Health Service in dealing with the new variant of Omicron is in accordance with Thompson's 4R theory stage.

Abstract

Organizational climate is a situation in an organization, where each member interacts with each other, limits themselves, or interacts with each other so as to improve the quality of cooperation and organizational satisfaction. Organizational satisfaction is the satisfaction of members of the organization regarding their work, supervision, wages and profits, assessment of achievements, and peers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the organizational communication climate and organizational satisfaction in the dormitory of Al Azhar Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Kampus 2 Madusari, Siman, Ponorogo. This research uses a survey method with an explanative type of research. The population of this study was new students in the dormitory of Al Azhar Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 2 with a total sample of 115 students. The sampling technique is carried out by cluster random sampling. The results showed a correlation relationship with the degree of "quite strong" relationship with the form of a positive relationship between the organizational communication climate and organizational satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of the correlation coefficient value of 0.558 or 55.8%. The variables of the organizational communication climate have a significant influence on organizational satisfaction, while the magnitude of the influence of the organizational communication climate on organizational satisfaction is 31.1% while the other 68.9% is influenced by other factors. This study recommends to the administrators of the Al Azhar Dormitory Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 2 to further improve the organizational climate on indicators of joint decision making and organizational satisfaction on satisfaction indicators of achievement assessment, promotion, and job opportunities.

Abstract

Setiap da’i perlu memperhatikan metode dakwah untuk keefektifan dakwahnya. Pemilihan metode dakwah tersebut harus dapat menyesuaikan kondisi dan situasi mad’u (objek dakwah) sehingga dakwah dapat berjalan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode dakwah Nyai Naimah yang digunakan dalam Program Dialog Agama di Radio Nada FM Sumenep sekaligus motif dan kepuasan masyarakat Sumenep terhadap dakwahnya. Konsep yang digunakan untuk menganalisis bentuk dakwah tersebut diambilkan dari Al-Qur’an surah An-Nahl ayat 125 dan penerimaan masyarakat menggunakan Teori Uses and Gratification. Penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan metode dakwah yang digunakan Nyai Naimah sesuai dengan konsep Al-Qur’an yaitu Mujadalah billati hiya ahsan. Sebuah metode dengan cara diskusi atau bertukar pikiran yang baik tanpa adanya paksaan dan memberatkan kepada semua pihak dalam dakwah. Sedangkan, motif masyarakat Sumenep dalam mendengarkan dakwah tersebut untuk menambah pengetahuan keagamaan sekaligus menciptakan jiwa yang tenang, untuk mencari jawaban terkait problematika hidup berdasar hukum Islam, untuk mengubah perilaku menjadi lebih positif sehingga bisa diamalkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode dakwah tersebut juga memberikan kesempatan bertanya sehingga bisa mendapatkan konsumsi ceramah sesuai kebutuhan, situasi, dan kondisi audien.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat bertajuk ‘Jihad Jurnalistik’, sebuah lokakarya jurnalisme tingkat madya yang memperkenalkan jurnalisme naratif. Seluruh peserta aktif mengikuti sesi pada tanggal 29 Januari 2023-9 Maret 2023, dalam workshop di kelas serta praktik semi magang di redaksi Ngaderes.com. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan Present Situation Analysis (PSA) dan Target Situation Analysis (TSA) untuk merencanakan dan menyelenggarakan lokakarya. Jihad Jurnalistik mempunyai empat topik utama yang dibahas: dasar-dasar jurnalisme naratif, bagaimana mengembangkan ide berita feature, menulis judul dan lead berita yang menarik, serta bagaimana mengembangkan isi artikel dalam perspektif naratif. Hasilnya, seluruh peserta semakin meningkatkan pemahamannya dalam menulis narasi, serta menerbitkan beberapa artikel ketakutan sebagai portfolio mereka dalam berkarya jurnalistik

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang telah terjadi dan masih berlangsung berdampak pada banyak sektor, seperti sektor kesehatan, ekonomi, manufaktur, pariwisata serta memiliki efek jangka panjang. Manajemen krisis menjadi salah satu strategi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan maupun instansi terkait untuk merencanakan strategi komunikasi dalam penanganan krisis dan untuk mencegah dampak negatif yang disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa bentuk manajemen krisis yang diaplikasikan oleh masing-masing perusahaan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan paradigma yang digunakan konstruktivisme. Pengumpulan data menggunakan analisis review literatur yang dilakukan kepada 5 jurnal yang terbit selama 5 tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap perusahaan memiliki tahapan-tahapan dalam penanganan krisis, yaitu tahap pra-krisis, tahap krisis dan tahap pasca-krisis. Pada tahap pra-crisis, perusahaan membentuk tim khusus untuk penanganan krisis agar dapat mulai menganalisa. Pada tahap crisis, perusahaan mulai melaksanakan beberapa kegiatan manajemen krisis seperti pemberitaan tentang keadaan perusahaan dan pembuatan kebijakan baru selama covid-19. Pada tahap pasca-crisis, perusahaan mulai mengembalikan citra dengan memberitakan produk dan agenda baru untuk khalayak.
