Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of pesantren university image and quality of education on the decision of regular students to choose pesantren universities at University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor Ponorogo. This research was motivated by 1) high interest of individuals to pursue their education to pesantren based university, 2) inadequate amount of Islamic boarding schools or pesantren in Indonesia. 3) increasing number of regular students at University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor through-out the year, 4) institutional image and quality of education able to influence students' decision making on choosing pesantren universities. The population in this study were regular students (non graduates of Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School) who were active from 2014 to 2017 whose total was 174 students. Using Non-probability sampling techniques, this research took samples from regular students in semester 3 to 8 considering that students in semester 1 or 2 were on an adjustment period. Data analysis techniques used included validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions test, and multiple linear regression. The result indicated that the university image variable had positive and significance effect on decision making of regular students in choosing pesantren universities and the quality of education variable also had positive and significant effect on decision of regular students in choosing pesantren universities at University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor. Furthermore the most impactful variables to the decision making of regular student in choosing pesantren university was the quality of education variable. Subsequently those results have suggestions as follows: (1) University of Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor should always increase the factors which influence positive vibes on interest of regular students in deciding to take undergraduate degrees in that particular university. (2) Variables and indicators in this research are universal and un-bind, hence further research are expected  to add more variables in order to obtain results able to develop a model in the study.

Abstract

Mitra dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah kelompok masyarakat Tunagrahita di Desa Karangpatihan Balong Ponorogo. Adapun masalah utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah kelemahan dalam berfikir, bertindak, serta bersosial dengan masyarakat sehingga tidak mampu bekerja dan mencukupi kebutuhan hidupnya. Hal ini disebabkan karena krisis pangan pada tahun 1967. Kondisi ini terjadi dalam waktu bertahun-tahun sehingga mengakibatkan para Tunagrahita tidak dapat bekerja layaknya orang normal, sehingga berdampak pada ketidakmampuan secara ekonomi.  Untuk mencukupi kebutuhan sehari-hari para Tunagrahita menggantungkan ekonominya dari bantuan pihak lain (bantuan sosial) baik dari masyarakat umum maupun bantuan dari pemerintah untuk dapat tetap bertahan hidup. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berupaya memberikan solusi untuk membantu mencukupi kebutuhan ekonomi Tunagrahita dengan meningkatkan potensinya baik dari segi pengetahuan dan juga keterampilan dengan usaha bercocok tanam atau budidaya sayur mayur melalui media polybag dengan produk yang dibutuhkan masyarakat sehari-hari yaitu cabe besar, cabe kecil, sawi hijau, kacang panjang, dan tomat. Adapun metode dalam kegiatan ini adalah training partisipatori melalui pendampingan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi dari program yang dijalankan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah membantu kelompok masyarakat Tunagrahita agar meningkat dari segi ekonomi, sosial, dan pengetahuannya sehingga para Tunagrahita dapat memperoleh pendapatan untuk mencukupi kebutuhannya tanpa harus terus menerus menggantungkan ekonomi pada bantuan pihak lain.  Adapun hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah 1) para Tunagrahita mulai mampu bercocok tanam menggunakan media polibag, 2) para Tunagrahita mampu melakukan pengemasan atau packing  dan branding yang menarik terhadap hasil panennya dan mulai mampu melakukan penjualan ke pasar atau toko terdekat, dan 3) para Tunagrahita belum mampu melakukan pembukuan sederhana terhadap hasil produk budidaya tanaman karena rendahnya tingkat Intellectual Quotient (IQ)  karena sejak awal mereka tidak mengenal baca tulis.

Abstract

Tourism is a prima donna sector that has a major contribution to the economy of the people and Indonesia's state income. Foreign tourist visits to Indonesia rank fourth in ASEAN, contributing to a GDP of 4.25% (Central Bureau of Statistics of Indonesia, 2020). In 2019, the number of Indonesians who are Muslim is 39.8 million and that is the majority, so tourism in East Java is very important to revitalize the concept of “halal tourism”, including for Ponorogo Regency. At this opportunity, the study concentrated on tourism objects in the Ponorogo Regency using the PESTLE method (political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental) to identify aspects that can meet the requirements of halal tourism. In general, this is a way of expanding and encouraging East Java Province to become an area capable of implementing halal tourism throughout its Regency by meeting certain criteria set by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia. The weaknesses and limitations of the study have become a symbol of concern for future improvement. The concept of “halal tourism” is interpreted more broadly in various aspects, not only limited to religious tourism, pilgrimage, or visiting places of worship, but is applied to tourism objects that focus on the sharia process through various aspects. “halal tourism” has great potential to be realized, one of which is in Ponorogo Regency

Abstract

City is one of assets possessed by a region, so its comfort, beauty and order must be preserved for the purposes and prosperity together. But the problem often arises is the emergence of the impact that resulted in the security and beauty city as well as the area becomes disturbed is the problem of street hawkers (street vendors). Where the street vendors have been using the means of public facilities in the city, in this case is the city of Ponorogo. Along the highway Ponorogo decorated by the street vendors who sell from the morning and change with street vendors who sell afternoon untilnight. Not only the beauty of the city is threatened, congestion has become common place in Ponorogo, besides causing scattered rubbish everywhere as well as improperly buyer motorcycle parking adds to the noise of the Ponorogo city. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by doing interview, observation and documentation. The results of this study concluded that the street vendors who will be relocated are only street vendors located on Ponorogo city protocol road. They are willing to relocate in the hope that local governments provide more than ever before welfare benefits such asproviding new business ventures and strategic new places, crowded and announced as a culinary tourism center, security guarantees, safeguards and other expectations. The street vendors hope in a new place their trade business can be balanced even can grow, not decreased in terms of income.

Abstract

Makanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok manusia yang berasal dari sumberdaya alam dan sebagian besar juga diproduksi oleh industri rumah tangga yang telah diolah menjadi berbagai jenis makanan. Tingginya kebutuhan akan makanan sehingga menjadi perhatian yang sangat penting bagi pemerintah untuk menjamin makanan tersebut aman dikonsumsi seluruh konsumen. Salah satu bentuk jaminan yang dikeluarkan pemerintah adalah surat izin PIRT (pangan industri rumah tangga). PIRT merupakan izin produksi pangan yang dihasilkan oleh usaha skala industri rumah tangga. Surat izin ini merupakan surat resmi yang di tetapkan oleh BPOM (Badan pengawasan Obat dan Makanan). Permasalahan yang dialami oleh usaha industri kecil menengah saat ini di Kabupaten Ponorogo adalah belum memiliki surat izin PIRT dalam usaha yang dijalankannya sehinga masih kesulitan untuk memasarkan produknya ke berbagai mini market maupun supermarket di kota Ponorogo karena tidak/belum memiliki jaminan produksi berupa PIRT, dalam hal ini khususnya pada usaha Mirasa kue yang berada di desa Gandu Mlarak Ponorogo dan usaha Irma Cookies yang berada di desa dengok Madusari Ponorogo. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu usaha IKM  di Kabupaten Ponorogo untuk mendapatkan izin legalitas produk layak edar berupa izin PIRT dari pemerintah melalui pendampingan pengurusan surat izin PIRT ke kantor Dinas kesehatan Kabupaten Ponorogo. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah usaha mitra mendapatkan penyuluhan tentang prosedur pembuatan makanan yang aman untuk dikonsumsi, higienis, sehat dan bersih sehingga IKM mendapatkan surat izin produk layak edar berupa PIRT.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam unit-unit usaha Universitas Darussalam (UNIDA) Gontor (kantin dan photo copy) belum menerapkan pencatatan akuntansi secara baik dan benar. Belum ditemukannya adanya laporan keuangan berupa laporan Laba/Rugi, Laporan perubahan Modal dan Neraca pada kedua Mitra tersebut. Permasalahan selanjutnya adalah belum ditemukannya masa kadaluarsa di makanan kering yang ada di kantin Unida Gontor. Program Iptek bagi Masyarakat (IbM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan terhadap unit-unit usaha, dalam hal ini adalah unit usaha kantin dan photo copy  UNIDA Gontor. Pengetahuan yang dimaksud adalah dari segi penerapan pencatatan akuntansi, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan.Metode pelaksanaan yang ditawarkan ialah pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk mitra ini dilaksanakan dengan tahap: 1). pelatihan penerapan pencatatan akuntansi secara baik dan benar serta pembuatan laporan keuangan; 2). pendampingan dan pengevaluasian pelaksanaan pencatatan akuntansi dan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Dengan kegiatan Program Ipteks bagi Masyarakat ini, diperoleh hasil yang cukup baik yaitu dihasilkannya laporan keuangan berupa laporan laba/rugi, laporan perubahan modal dan neraca di unit usaha kantin  dan di unit usaha photo copy di tambah dengan unit usaha minimarket, unit usaha laundry, unit usaha persewaan sepeda motor, dan unit usaha armila. Ipteks ini direncanakan dua mitra tetapi berkembang menjadi enam mitra. Keenam mitra unit-unit usaha UNIDA Gontor tersebut sudah mempunyai laporan keuangan masing- masing dimana dari laporan keuangan tersebut bisa diketahui perolehan laba atau rugi masing-masing unit usaha, perubahan modal masing-masing unit usaha, dan posisi aktiva, hutang, dan modal masing-masing unit usaha.

Abstract

Globalization impact on business competition intensifies, resulting in the exchange of goods and services flow freely in various areas, one of which is the health services. Health care services is one of the important needs for the community. Specifically in this case is the organizer of the Health Insurance Agency (BPJS). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect the perception of price, quality of service and the image of the consumers intention to word of mouth with satisfaction as mediating variables. Data were collected by questionnaire instrument. This model was developed and tested with structural equation model using data collected from 200 patients in Ponorogo. The results showed that before individuals distinguished by the level of information obtained none of the variables that influence satisfaction, better perception of price, quality of service and the image. However, on the one hand satisfaction are variables influential in shaping consumer intentions to WOM. Furthermore, when individuals are distinguished by low and high-level information was obtained that the low level of information, none of the variables that affect the satisfaction of both the perception of price, quality of service and the image. However, on the one hand satisfaction are variables influential in shaping consumer intentions to WOM. Then, based on high-level information indicates that the variable perception of price, quality of service and image effect on satisfaction, while satisfaction are variables influential in shaping consumer intentions to WOM against BPJS services.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of quality customer service and loyalty to know a very dominant factor affecting customer loyalty in the CV . Ilham Motor. This research method is the primary data from the questionnaires , sampling technique is a technique associated with customer 100 CV Ilham Motor . Data analysis is a quantitative method to test the validity , reliability testing , multiple linear regression analysis , the correlation coefficient analytic , analytic determination coefficient . And to know the impact of service quality of costumer’s loyalty by T test and F test. The result of double analytic linier regression is obtainable equation Y: 4,413 + 0,144 X1 + 0,026 X2 + 0,162 X3 + 0,151 X4 + 0,223 X5 + e. The result of determination coefficient (R2) is 32.1% and the rest is 67.9% that affected by other variable which is not included in research model. According to T test, the result is that the five costumer service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) contained by a variable that is not impacted, it is reliability; because Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, whilst the other four are impacting costumer’s loyalty because Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The F test result shows that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy simultaneously have significant effect to costumer’s loyalty because F > F table or 8,898 > 2,33. And, from the five free variable, empathy (X5) is variable that has very dominant effect, the coefficient is 0,223 or 22,3 %.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melakukan pemetaan terhadap keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh wisata Kampoeng Durian  menggunakan pendekatan matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Matriks EFAS (External Factor Analysis Summary) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor eksternal suatu usaha, yang mana terdiri dari peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapi. Matriks IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor internal, berupa kekuatan dan kelemahan yang dimiliki oleh suatu usaha. Adapun pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Ngrogung Kecamatan Ngebel Kabupaten Ponorogo, dengan subyek penelitian yaitu pengelola wisata Kampoeng Durian. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari (1) observasi, (2) wawancara mendalam (indepth interview), dan (3) dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari pengurangan nilai kekuatan dan kelemahan bernilai negative artinya posisi berada pada sisi kiri  (kuadran III) dan hasil pengurangan nilai peluang dengan ancaman bernilai positif artinya posisi di atas kiri (kuadran III). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi yang dibutuhkan oleh Kampoeng Durian Desa Ngrogung Ngebel Ponorogo adalah “Ubah Strategi” yaitu dengan meminimalkan kelemahan untuk mencapai peluang yang ada. Adapun strategi yang dirumuskan yaitu Perlu produk lain yang dapat mendukung operasional di lokasi wisata agar tetap dapat beroperasi ketika tidak, perlunya pengembangan dalam penambahan destinasi wisata lain untuk dapat beroperasi diluar musim buah durian, Perlu peningkatan pengetahuan untuk dapat memberikan kesadaran yang tinggi kepada para petani dalam merawat pohon durian. Diperlukan program pelatihan budidaya pohon durian kepada kelompok petani durian dan pengetahuan dalam perawatannya secara rutin dan berkesinambungan agar ketrampilan para petani dapat meningkat sehingga meningkat pula pada kualitas durian yang akan dihasilkan.

Abstract

Writing this paper is based on customers who are trapped with the facilities provided by the bank, called “top up”. Customers do not need to pay off the remaining loans, customers will receive a new schedule and a new loan ceiling. This is based on many problems experienced by bank customers. The extent to which transparency is applied by banks in accordance with PBI. No. 7/6/2005 is the aim of this study. This research is qualitative research with an evaluative-normative approach. From these problems, the bank in delivering it to customers about Top Up information has not conveyed transparently what should be conveyed to customers. Transparency to customers is very important in accordance with an Islamic economy based on sharia values and principles that can be applied in all aspects of business life and transactions of the Ummah Compliance with regulations issued by the government, namely PBI no. 7/6 / PBI / 2005 which is not yet fully operational in banking in general. With transparency being applied in Islamic economics, customers will know what their rights and obligations are. Transparency to customers is very important to prevent misunderstandings that can cause harm to customers..
