<![CDATA[Abunawas Street in Kendari City is an urban route that serves as a secondary collector. This road section is located in the city center and experiences a high volume of motor vehicle traffic, comprising both public and private vehicles. Furthermore, this area contains trip generation centers such as eateries, cafes, and schools, which have the potential to increase traffic flow and induce noise pollution. This study aims to analyze the influence of degree of saturation on traffic noise on Abunawas Street in Kendari City. Observations of traffic and noise levels were conducted during peak morning, afternoon, and evening hours over a two-day period, specifically on Monday (representing typical workday routines) and Saturday (representing the weekend). The findings of the research reveal that the average noise level on Abunawas Street is 72.4 dB. This value surpasses the established environmental noise threshold in Indonesia. The degree of saturation demonstrates a significant influence on the traffic noise level, accounting for 57.9%. This influence is characterized by its positive and proportional nature, indicating that as the saturation degree of the road increases, so will the corresponding traffic noise level.]]>
