Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) Mengkaji pembangunan terminal Baruga terhadap perubahan (land use) tata guna lahan di sekitarnya, 2)Menganalisis variabel yang berkorelasi dan memiliki pengaruh yang signifik an serta mengetahui model persamaan perhitungan nilai jual lahan. 3) Menganalisis pengaruh Pembangunan terminal Baruga terhadap perubahan harga lahan  atau nilai lahan.Obyek penelitian ini adalah kawasan sekitar terminal Baruga, untuk meneliti perubahan tata guna lahan dan nilai jual lahan. Variabel variabel untuk penelitian perubahan nilai jual lahan di sekitar kawasan terminal Baruga yaitu : Jarak lahan, luas lahan dan lebar jalan akses. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik Observasi lapangan/survey, pembagian kuesioner dan wawancara langsung terhadap pemilik lahan. Jumlah responden adalah 194 sampel. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Analisis Korelasi Pearson dan Regresi Berganda (SPSS).            Hasil penelitian ini adalah terjadi perubahan penggunaan lahan/tata guna lahan, , Variabel yang berkorelasi dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai jual lahan yaitu (Lebar jalan akses) dengan nilai 0,543 dan angka sig 0,000 sedangkan  model persamaan regresi adalahY = 325.306,22 – 1.042,73 X1 – 4,453 X2 + 33.931,75X3. Sedangkan Nilai jual lahan disekitar terminal baruga yaitu Segmen I= . 348.563,- / m2, Segmen II= Rp. 294.150,- / m2, Segmen II= Rp. 303.965,- / m2.

Abstract

Kelurahan Benu-Benua, terletak di Kecamatan Kendari Barat, Kota Kendari, merupakan kawasan urban dengan pertumbuhan pesat yang memicu kebutuhan akan perencanaan dan pengelolaan infrastruktur sederhana. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi penyediaan akses jalan lingkungan, saluran drainase, fasilitas sanitasi, dan ruang publik yang mendukung aktivitas warga. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan ini, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertajuk "Peningkatan Kapasitas Masyarakat Dalam Perencanaan Infrastruktur Sederhana di Kelurahan Benu-Benua Kota Kendari" dilaksanakan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan memelihara infrastruktur sederhana berbasis kebutuhan lokal. Melalui pelatihan, pendampingan teknis, dan simulasi perencanaan, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan dampak positif berupa peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap perencanaan berbasis teknologi sederhana. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif masyarakat bersama aparat kelurahan dalam proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembangunan menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam membangun kolaborasi yang efektif. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi jangka panjang terhadap pembangunan berkelanjutan di Kelurahan Benu-Benua melalui peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat untuk terlibat aktif dalam pembangunan secara mandiri dan partisipatif.

Abstract

Abunawas Street in Kendari City is an urban route that serves as a secondary collector. This road section is located in the city center and experiences a high volume of motor vehicle traffic, comprising both public and private vehicles. Furthermore, this area contains trip generation centers such as eateries, cafes, and schools, which have the potential to increase traffic flow and induce noise pollution. This study aims to analyze the influence of degree of saturation on traffic noise on Abunawas Street in Kendari City. Observations of traffic and noise levels were conducted during peak morning, afternoon, and evening hours over a two-day period, specifically on Monday (representing typical workday routines) and Saturday (representing the weekend). The findings of the research reveal that the average noise level on Abunawas Street is 72.4 dB. This value surpasses the established environmental noise threshold in Indonesia. The degree of saturation demonstrates a significant influence on the traffic noise level, accounting for 57.9%. This influence is characterized by its positive and proportional nature, indicating that as the saturation degree of the road increases, so will the corresponding traffic noise level.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam tridharma perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat di Kelurahan Benu-Benua, kecamatan Kendari Barat, Kota Kendari, perihal pentingnya pemanfaatan sumur resapan di pekarangan rumah masyarakat sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam upaya pencegahan atau banjir, mengurangi durasi terjadinya genangan air atau mengurangi limpasan air hujan. Genangan air atau banjir sering terjadi pada kawasan lingkungan dataran rendah, jadi genangan air banjir merupakan suatu hal yang sulit di hindari karena faktor topografi suatu kawasan, hal yang perlu dilakukan adalah melakukan pengendalian agar banjir itu tidak meluas atau atau menggenangi kawasan yang menggangu aktifitas manusia sehari hari, Dengan semakin meningkatnya curah hujan dan perubahan iklim, banjir menjadi masalah yang serius di daerah perkotaan. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat metode yang digunakan dapat berupa bimbingan teknis meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan dalam merencanakan kebutuhan, pembuatan dan pemeliharaan sumur resapan. Melalui bimbingan teknis ini dan kerja sama dengan masyarakat setempat, program ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang cara merencanakan sumur resapan dan manfaatnya dalam pengelolaan air hujan. Pembuatan sumur resapan pada suatu kawasan tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mencegah banjir, tetapi juga untuk meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan dan mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya konservasi air. Dengan penerapan sumur resapan secara luas, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas infiltrasi air ke dalam tanah dan mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan dikawasan itu.

Abstract

Based on several previous studies, it was found that there were differences in justifications regarding the influence of volume, speed, and traffic density on the level of noise on the highway. The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of volume, speed, and density on the noise level. The research method used a descriptive and parametric statistical approach. The results of the study indicated that the influence of vehicle volume on noise was 46.6% with a direct relationship. The influence of speed on noise was 5.6% with an inverse relationship. The influence of traffic density on noise was 64.8% with a direct relationship. The traffic density variable had the greatest impact on the noise level on the highway. The relationship between vehicle speed and noise was inverse only up to a speed of 70 km/h. If the average vehicle speed exceeded 70 km/h, it was possible for there to be a direct relationship, meaning that as the vehicle speed increased, the noise level also increased.

Abstract

The characteristics of night ship passengers are dominated by men, the average age of passengers is 20-25 years with a percentage value of 64%, the most travel destinations are Muna Island and the dominant service users have student jobs, while the analysis results are seen in the value of 0.66- 0.8, this means that the overall CSI score for performance appraisal is 1.96 with the criteria for the value of each indicator, service users are very satisfied with the performance of night ship services on the Kendari - Raha route, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The perception of service users towards night boat services on the Kendari - Raha route as a whole with an average value of 3.5 for performance and 3.1 for satisfaction. This can be seen in the quadrant A diagram in the Cartesian diagram, which means that the service elements are very good and provided very well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to (1) analyze the characteristics of fresh concrete with the addition of coconut shell waste (2) to analyze the compressive strength of concrete with the addition of coconut shell. The research location for making concrete was carried out at the Laboratory of the construction of the water resources and community development department of the Southeast Sulawesi provincial government. There were 24 specimens printed in the form of a cylinder with dimensions of 30cm x 15cm with the composition of adding 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% coconut shell waste. Which was then tested for compressive strength at the age of 7, 14, and 28 days. Based on the compressive strength test with a quality plan of f'c 20 MPa, on the 28 day test with the addition of 0% is 23.71 MPa, the addition of 5% is 20.59 MPa, the addition of 10% is 19.97 MPa, and an additional 15% is 13.53 MPa. Coconut shell as a substitute for coarse aggregate for quality f'c 20 MPa can only be used under 10% of the amount of coarse aggregate.

Abstract

A construction project is an activity that aims to build facilities and infrastructure within the planned timeframe. The project can be defined as an organized effort or activity that uses the available budget and resources that must be achieved to achieve important goals, objectives, and expectations using the existing budget and resources, which must be completed within the planned timeframe so that the project does not experience delays. The purpose of this study was to determine how much work delays, the factors that cause work delays and how much influence the delay factors have on work delays in the Puday- Lapulu Slums Quality Improvement Project. The results of this study indicate the value of SV is Rp. (- 8.25 %) While the value of SPI < 1 is 0.896 < 1, based on the criteria for the value of SV and SPI, it can be said that the work is late and has poor performance. Factors that influence delays are aspects of labor and materials. While the large influence of delay factors on work delays that is 10,9 %.

Abstract

The development of construction development is currently experiencing rapid progress, which has led to an increase in demand for construction materials. Therefore, other materials are needed as or at least materials capable of reducing the use of aggregate for use in making concrete. This effort is an alternative to utilizing waste from the agricultural plantation industry or factory waste that is left alone. The aim of this research is to analyze the characteristics and compressive strength of concrete with bottom ash as a fine aggregate additive and fly ash as an additive to cement. The location for the concrete making research was carried out at the UPTD Construction Laboratory of the water resources and community development service of the Southeast Sulawesi provincial government. With a total of 16 test objects, they were printed in a cylindrical shape with dimensions of 30 x 15 cm. Based on compressive strength testing with an f'c quality plan of 20 MPa, with 10% substitution of fly ash as cement and bottom ash as fine aggregate with variations of 10%, 15%, 20%, the compressive strength decreased. for 7 days of age respectively, it is 12.31 MPa, 11.89 MPa, and 11.46 MPa. Meanwhile, at the age of 28 days, respectively, it was 19.11 MPa, 16.99 MPa and 15.29 Mpa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of travelers who use modes of transportation and find out how big the probability by choosing one of transportation mode is in Kendari City. The result show that the characteristics of mode selection based on the reasons that influenced the choice of mode from a total of 73 respondents were as follows, the travelers chose faster time considerations by 48% or as many as 35 people, the travelers who chose security considerations by 11% or as many as 8 people, the travelers who chose convenience considerations by 19% or as many as 14 people, and travelers who chose price considerations by 22% or as many as 22 people. The probability of users of transportation modes in Kendari City shows that people are more likely to use online modes of transportation 51% compared to using public transportation modes of 49%
