<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to determine the impact of the successful influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance which is important for the implementation of an independent curriculum at Tual City State Elementary School, Maluku. This research uses descriptive-correlational quantitative research. The data collection used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis in this research used Excel, SPSS and SmartPLS SEM 4.0 techniques. The results of the research show that: (1) the level of success of Principal Leadership in Public Elementary Schools in Tual City, Maluku is in the good category, (2) the level of Teacher Performance in Public Elementary Schools Tual City, Maluku is in the good category, (3) the level of success in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in State Elementary Schools in Tual City, Maluku, is in the good category, (4) the success of the school principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance at State Elementary Schools in Tual City, Maluku, with a correlation coefficient of 0.749 (5) The success of the Principal's Leadership has had a positive and significant influence on the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at State Elementary Schools in Tual City, Maluku, with a correlation coefficient of 0.771 , (6) Success the Principal's leadership has a positive and significant influence on implementation of the independent curriculum through teacher performance at the Tual City Public Elementary School, Maluku, with correlation coefficient of 0.136.]]>
