Rumah sakit jiwa memiliki peran kritis dalam pelayanan kesehatan mental, namun sering menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen perbekalan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem manajemen perbekalan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Bina Karsa Tuntungan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, dan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung terhadap tiga informan kunci: dokter spesialis, perawat, dan staf farmasi. Data dianalisis secara tematik dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi dan member check untuk menjamin validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen perbekalan kesehatan rumah sakit memiliki mekanisme proaktif, seperti pemesanan obat H-7 sebelum stok habis dan evaluasi medis berkala. Faktor pendukung utama mencakup koordinasi internal yang baik, sistem pemesanan terencana, dan evaluasi konsisten. Namun, terdapat sejumlah faktor penghambat signifikan, termasuk keterbatasan variasi obat akibat regulasi BPJS, ketidakpastian pasokan obat, dan proses pembayaran yang lambat. The results of the study show that the hospital health supply management system has a proactive mechanism, such as ordering H-7 drugs before they run out of stock and periodic medical evaluations. Key supporting factors include good internal coordination, a planned booking system, and consistent evaluation.
