Anemia in adolescents is one of the significant health problems, affecting their growth, development, and well-being, attention to the problem of anemia in adolescents is very important in the context of prevention and early treatment efforts. This study aims to conduct health counseling at SMP Muhammadiyah 61 Tanjung Selamat about anemia and educate students about the importance of consuming blood-added tablets. The counseling method involves presentations, questions and answers, and educational games. Counseling participants consisted of students of SMP Muhammadiyah 61 class VII and IX in the age range of 12-15 years. The results of this activity show an increase in students' knowledge about anemia and its impact on health. In addition, their understanding of the benefits of blood-added tablets has also increased. Post-counseling evaluations showed that the majority of students expressed readiness to adopt positive changes in diet and take blood-added tablets.

Rumah sakit jiwa memiliki peran kritis dalam pelayanan kesehatan mental, namun sering menghadapi tantangan dalam manajemen perbekalan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem manajemen perbekalan kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Bina Karsa Tuntungan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, dan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung terhadap tiga informan kunci: dokter spesialis, perawat, dan staf farmasi. Data dianalisis secara tematik dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi dan member check untuk menjamin validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem manajemen perbekalan kesehatan rumah sakit memiliki mekanisme proaktif, seperti pemesanan obat H-7 sebelum stok habis dan evaluasi medis berkala. Faktor pendukung utama mencakup koordinasi internal yang baik, sistem pemesanan terencana, dan evaluasi konsisten. Namun, terdapat sejumlah faktor penghambat signifikan, termasuk keterbatasan variasi obat akibat regulasi BPJS, ketidakpastian pasokan obat, dan proses pembayaran yang lambat. Mental hospitals have a critical role in mental health services, but often face challenges in the management of health supplies. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the health supply management system at Bina Karsa Tuntungan Mental Hospital to identify strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to improve service quality. The research uses a qualitative approach with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and direct observation of three key informants: specialist doctors, nurses, and pharmacy staff. The data was analyzed thematically using the triangulation and member check methods to ensure validity. The results of the study show that the hospital health supply management system has a proactive mechanism, such as ordering H-7 drugs before they run out of stock and periodic medical evaluations. Key supporting factors include good internal coordination, a planned booking system, and consistent evaluation. However, there are a number of significant inhibiting factors, including limited drug variety due to BPJS regulations, uncertainty in drug supply, and slow payment processes. study, conclusion. Efforts to improve health and physical fitness can be interpreted as efforts to maintain and improve physical condition so that it remains optimal and able to carry out daily activities well. Physical fitness includes several aspects, such as muscle strength, heart and lung endurance, flexibility, and a much healthier body composition. This research discusses the implementation of physical fitness activities in Padang Tualang Village as part of the Community Service Program (KKN) and Field Learning Practices (PBL) by students at the Faculty of Public Health, UIN North Sumatra. This activity aims to increase public knowledge and awareness, especially PKK mothers and the elderly, regarding the importance of physical activity for health. The methods used include delivering instructional material, demonstrating gymnastic movements, and using audio-visual media. The results of the activity show that exercise not only improves physical fitness, but also strengthens people's understanding of the importance of physical activity in maintaining health. The conclusion of this research is that the physical fitness activities carried out in Padang Tualang Village showed positive results in improving the health and fitness of the community.
