Early childhood teacher education plays an important role in preparing educators to teach science effectively and relevantly. However, learning materials that integrate local wisdom are still limited, especially in Papua. This approach is expected to improve prospective teachers competence in teaching science while preserving local culture. The purpose of developing this local wisdom-based module is to produce a module that can improve students' understanding of science teaching methods that are relevant to the local context and enrich students' knowledge of local wisdom. The module was developed using the 4D Model which includes define, design, develop and disseminate. This research uses data collection instruments including documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are used to calculate the validity of material and media validators, as well as student responses. Based on the assessment of material experts and media experts, an average feasibility of 3.8 and 3.6 with very valid criteria and the results of the trial on students with a score of 95.33%, so it can be concluded that the Early Childhood Science module based on Papuan local wisdom is valid and suitable for use in the learning process in the classroom in the Early Childhood Science course in the Department of Early Childhood Education.
