Abstract

This study aims to provide an in-depth description of the implementation of strategic planning at TK Al Mardiyyah and its contribution to achieving institutional educational goals. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through documentation and observation techniques. The theoretical framework of this research includes strategic planning theory, educational management theory, as well as theories of organizational effectiveness and educational systems. The findings reveal that TK Al Mardiyyah implements planning in a systematic, participatory, and continuous manner, which has proven effective in supporting the achievement of the institution's vision and mission. The planning process involves all school elements and is supported by a structured system of monitoring and evaluation. Moreover, the planning is carried out using an adaptive approach to environmental changes and the evolving needs of learners. This study recommends the importance of continuous innovation in educational planning to ensure institutional effectiveness amidst dynamic educational challenges.
