<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to describe the use of the Whole Language method in developing Arabic language skills in early childhood at Kusuma Mulia Kindergarten Sukoharjo. The Whole Language method is a language learning approach that emphasises the integration of listening, speaking, reading and writing skills as a whole. This research presents a specific local and religious context at Kusuma Mulia Sukoharjo Kindergarten so as to enrich the distinctive Arabic language learning methods in the realm of early childhood Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation. The strategies used by teachers include singing and storytelling activities. The research subjects consisted of class teachers, principals, and group B students. Data analysis was done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the application of the Whole Language method was able to increase children's interest and basic Arabic language skills, such as the introduction of hijaiyah letters, simple vocabulary and listening and speaking skills]]>
