Company X is one of the largest manufacturing companies in Indonesia which continues to develop to meet increasing market demand every year. Therefore, production employees are needed who are able to be fully involved in their work or what is called work engagement. Job Demands Resources is one of the factors that can influence the formation of work engagement in employees. This research aims to determine the influence of Job Demands Resources simultaneously and partially on work engagement in production employees at Company X. This research uses quantitative methods, with a comparative causal type. The number of respondents in this study was 95 production employees using purposive sampling techniques. The measuring tool used is that work engagement has 24 valid items with a reliability of (α)=0.957, job demand has 12 valid items with a reliability of (α)=0.819, and job resources has 19 valid items with a reliability of (α)=0.863 . The analysis technique used in this research is using the F test to test the effect simultaneously, and the T test to test the effect partially. The results of this research show that simultaneously, job demands resources have an influence on work engagement (sig 0.000<0.05), and partially job demands have no influence on work engagement (sig 0.216>0.05) while job resources have influence on work engagement (sig 0.000<0.05).
