AbstrakDi era digital, teknologi informasi menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik. Namun, banyak aparat desa yang belum menguasai teknologi, menghambat kemajuan pelayanan. Desa Ketringan, Kabupaten Blora, menghadapi tantangan serius dalam pengelolaan surat menyurat secara manual, yang sering mengakibatkan keterlambatan, kesalahan data, dan sistem kearsipan yang tidak efisien. Selain itu kurangnya pelatihan bagi staf dan sistem pengelolaan dokumen yang terintegrasi, sehingga surat yang perlu ditindaklanjuti sering tertahan dan menyebabkan keterlambatan layanan bagi masyarakat, adapun jenis surat yang diproses secara manual seperti, surat keterangan kelahiran, surat pengantar pembuatan kartu tanda penduduk, SKCK, dan surat keterangan kematian. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, desa perlu mendigitalkan proses administrasi. Dengan sistem digital, aparat desa dapat mengelola pencatatan dan pengarsipan data secara cepat dan akurat, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengakses informasi dengan lebih mudah. Peningkatan tata kelola ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas layanan, tetapi juga memperkuat kepercayaan dan partisipasi warga, hal ini merupakan fondasi penting untuk pembangunan sosial berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra, kami memberikan solusi melalui pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen surat terpadu berbasis web. Evaliasi hasil dilakukan melalui uji coba pengguna dan kuesioner. Hasil umpan balik dari kegiatan ini sebesar 89,5% kegiatan ini diterima dengan baik oleh mitra. Kata kunci: sistem informasi desa; desa ketringan; pelayanan desa; website. Abstract In the digital age, information technology is key to improving public services. However, many village officials are not yet proficient in technology, which hinders progress in service delivery. Ketringan Village, Blora Regency, faces serious challenges in manual mail management, which often results in delays, data errors, and inefficient filing systems. Additionally, the lack of training for staff and an integrated document management system means that letters requiring follow-up often get stuck, causing delays in services for the community. The types of letters processed manually include birth certificates, letters of recommendation for ID card issuance, criminal record certificates, and death certificates. To address these challenges, the village needs to digitize its administrative processes. With a digital system, village officials can manage data recording and archiving quickly and accurately, enabling the community to access information more easily. This improvement in governance not only enhances service quality but also strengthens community trust and participation, which is an important foundation for sustainable social development. Based on the problems faced by our partners, we provide solutions through the development of a web-based integrated letter management information system. The results were evaluated through user testing and questionnaires.
